Brooke Mahaffey is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. Brooke joined Dale Carnegie of Ohio and Indiana in February of 2005 as an inside sales representative. After completing the inside program, Brooke was promoted to a team leader and won her first rookie sales award in 2006.

From there, Brooke worked as an Account Manager in the Dayton/Cincinnati marketplace. Brooke is currently working as an Inside Sales Manager in the Cleveland office. Her roles include recruiting, hiring, coaching, lead generation, daily management functions as well as managing her own book of business.
