Steve Williams has been a Dale Carnegie Profesional Coach for 17 years on a part-time basis. He is a professional coach, facilitator, speaker and coach. His primary expertise is in leadership, management, communications, and planning.

Steve is currently the Executive Vice President and co-founder of TwoVenture Corp, a consulting and marketing services company.

Steve is the former Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service for Indiana Gas Company, an energy services company in central Indiana. He left Indiana Gas in 2000 when he and his wife, Ellie, founded TwoVenture Corp.

Steve is a creative leader with experience in marketing, sales and customer services, as well as coaching and developing people. He has the ability to foster a team environment and act as a catalyst to get results, whether in a consulting role, a coaching role, or as a speaker.

Early in his career, Steve worked in the plant and maintenance engineering roles for three different Fortune 500 companies. In 1984, after taking a Dale Carnegie Course, he changed career directions by moving into sales and marketing. He became an officer of Indiana Gas in 1991 and served as its Vice President of marketing, sales and customer services until leaving in 2000.

As part of his lifelong appetite for learning Steve received his M.A. in Ministry Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2005. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Steve is active in his church in teaching and communication roles. He is a member of the founding board of the Johnson County, IN Habitat for Humanity chapter. He is married to Ellie and they have six children and eight grandchildren. He enjoys tandem bicycle touring and cross-country skiing and can often be found chasing a golf ball.
